Creative Team: responsible for the artistic assiduity, the scenery construction and costumes.
Re-enactment group: responsible for the creation of re-enactments and reproduction of folklore customs.
Coordination Team: responsible for the coordination of transportation, hospitality, escorts etc.
Promotional Team: responsible for the promotion, notification and advertisement of the event.
Program coordination and surveillance Team: responsible for the smooth conduct of the program and events.


Collaborations
The Medieval Rose co-operates with historians and other scientific advisors. Among the contributors are non-governmental-organisations of culture, education, tourism, social solidarity, handicrafts and yet many other professional associations (chambers, organisations etc.). It should be stretched that until now the Medieval Rose has developed intercultural dialog and cultural exchanges with countries such as: Germany, Italy, England, Ireland, Denmark, France and Portugal.

Resources
The resources of the project come from membership subscriptions, donors and funds from sponsors or public carriers or even E.U. funding programs. From 2009 and beyond the greater part of the festival’s costs will be covered by the by the Local Union of Municipalities and Communities of Dodecanese as well as by the municipalities participating in the festival, as Rhodes and Atavyros.
